KPV (Lys-Pro-Val) is a naturally occurring tripeptide derived from alpha-melanocyte stimulating hormone (α-MSH). Unlike its parent hormone, KPV retains powerful anti-inflammatory properties without producing significant melanogenic (skin tanning) effects.
