CJC-1295 No DAC

Product Description

CJC-1295 No DAC is a synthetic growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) analog that stimulates the pituitary gland to naturally release growth hormone (GH) in a pulsatile, physiologic manner. Unlike the DAC version, which extends the peptide’s half-life for prolonged GH release, the No DAC version produces shorter, more natural GH pulses that more closely mimic the body’s normal secretion pattern.

The shorter half-life allows for flexible dosing while reducing the potential for continuous receptor stimulation and desensitization. Increased growth hormone release subsequently supports insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) production, contributing to muscle growth, tissue repair, fat metabolism, recovery, bone health, and overall wellness.

CJC-1295 No DAC has been extensively studied in both clinical and research settings for over two decades. It is frequently researched alone or alongside other growth hormone secretagogues, such as GHRP-2, GHRP-6, and Ipamorelin, to evaluate synergistic effects on growth hormone secretion and recovery.

Mechanism of Action

Research suggests CJC-1295 No DAC supports natural growth hormone release through several complementary mechanisms:

  • Binds selectively to growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) receptors in the pituitary gland.
  • Stimulates natural, pulsatile secretion of growth hormone (GH).
  • Increases circulating insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) following GH release.
  • Supports anabolic signaling involved in muscle growth, tissue repair, and recovery.
  • Promotes healthy fat metabolism and improvements in body composition.
  • Helps maintain physiologic GH pulses while minimizing prolonged receptor stimulation.
  • May reduce the risk of receptor desensitization compared with longer-acting GHRH analogs.
  • Increased lean muscle mass and strength
  • Improved body composition and fat metabolism
  • Enhanced sleep quality and overnight recovery
  • Stronger bones and connective tissue support
  • Faster recovery and tissue repair
  • Healthy skin and anti-aging support
  • Improved cognitive function and mental clarity
  • Overall vitality and wellness

Interesting Facts

  • The No DAC version produces shorter, more physiologic growth hormone pulses without prolonged exposure.
  • Frequently researched alongside GHRP-2, GHRP-6, Ipamorelin, and other GH secretagogues.
  • Short half-life (approximately 30–60 minutes) allows flexible dosing while minimizing receptor desensitization.
  • Generally well tolerated in research settings when used at appropriate doses.
  • Studied extensively in clinical and laboratory research for more than 20 years.
